Swinging belt vertical Elevator

There is a vertical Elevator in production. 500 mm tape with metal buckets on it.

When the Elevator is rocking the tape, respectively, buckets begin to touch the mine, knock and deform.

The problem is only on the side of the tape that goes up, the buckets that rounded the top drum and went down. Go exactly and about the mine do not touch. Rocking is reminiscent of the twist of the ribbon, in one or in opposite directions. On the drum the tape goes smoothly.

The drive drum was put in the center, the lining was ground, the bearings were changed. The tension drum also goes smoothly.

The tape was changed, but the problem was not solved.

The cause is found.

Led one Elevator shaft, swinging tape was not the cause but the consequence of the fact that at some point the bucket touched the shaft and began to swing the tape. When they removed all the hatches on the shaft and measured the distance from the front wall of the shaft to the edge of the bucket, everything became clear. We'll pull the shaft.
