To conclude a contract on connection (technological connection), according to the documents on connection, a balance of water consumption and wastewater disposal of the connected object during the period of using the maximum capacity (load) must be applied, indicating the purposes of using cold water and distributing the volume of the connected load for the purposes of use, including for firefighting, periodic needs, filling and emptying pools, receiving surface wastewater, as well as with the distribution of the total volume of wastewater by sewer outlets (as a percentage).
The form of the balance of water consumption and sanitation should be specified in tabular form the users of water according to construction or technological standards, with the indication of the standard of consumption, number of consumers, and outcome of water and sanitation.
