Organizational structure

The organizational structure of an enterprise is understood as the composition, subordination, interaction and distribution of work across divisions and management bodies, between which certain relationships are established regarding the implementation of authority, command flows, and information. The organizational structure of an enterprise is a set of links (structural divisions) and links between them. In General, we can say that the organizational structure of the enterprise:

1) focused on achieving the organization's goals;

2) reflects the functional distribution (distribution of functions, rights and responsibilities between structural divisions);

3) reflects horizontal and vertical links. At the same time, vertical links reflect the subordination between higher and lower structural divisions, and horizontal links represent the interaction between structural divisions located at the same level of management.
